1. Use of the Service

TimeMagick provides productivity and workforce management tools including project management, time tracking, employee monitoring, reporting, and analytics.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Disrupt, overload, or damage the platform
• Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or resell the Service

TimeMagick reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

TimeMagick offers a 1-month free trial for new users. After the trial period:

• The subscription fee is $9.50 USD per month
• A yearly billing option is available with a 20% discount

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Payments

By subscribing, you authorize TimeMagick to charge your selected payment method. If payment fails:

• Access to premium features may be suspended
• Continued failure may result in account termination

TimeMagick reserves the right to update pricing with prior notice.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all business data, project information, and content uploaded to TimeMagick.

By using the Service, you grant TimeMagick a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

TimeMagick does not sell user business data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and secure access. However, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We may:

• Perform maintenance
• Update features
• Improve security and performance

Temporary interruptions may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TimeMagick shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TimeMagick in the previous 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. TimeMagick may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• These Terms are violated
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the integrity of the platform

Upon termination, access to the Service will end.

9. Changes to These Terms

TimeMagick may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
